Tell us the make, model and what it is doing. We will look at what you send, call or email you back, and if it needs the car in front of us, we will get you a written estimate before anything is touched.
If the car is not driveable, say so in the message and we will work out how to get it here, whether that means a wrecker you have already arranged or simply knowing to expect it later than a normal drop-off. There is no charge for looking at a vehicle before we tell you what, if anything, needs doing to it.

We are closed Saturday and Sunday, so a message sent over the weekend gets picked up first thing Monday morning rather than sitting unread.
